PROBLEM
Florida Power House was a relatively new company in Miami, Florida, looking to build long-lasting relationships with customers. Understanding that online engagement was vital, they turned to us to manage and speak to their clientele online.
SOLUTION
We worked to establish and expand their digital efforts by actively participating with customer feedback online. To catalyze their online engagement, we coupled our platform engagement with an email campaign that yielded more positive feedback and helped increase Florida Power House’s ranking on search engines. We also helped prevent further negative reviews from reaching review sites by creating internal platforms that users could use to communicate concerns. With our services, Florida Power House has established itself within the Miami area as a qualified home services company.
